IKEA Canada proudly partners w/ Rainbow Railroad to help at-risk LGBTQI+ get to new homes safely

From June 1st to July 31st, 100% of sales generated by new Rainbow cake at IKEA will help Rainbow Railroad support approximately 500 individuals resettle in Canada.
IKEA Canada is proud to announce a donation of up to $200,000 to help create a better everyday life for at-risk LGBTQI+ individuals who seek support from Rainbow Railroad through emergency relocation, crisis response, and other forms of assistance.
The partnership with Rainbow Railroad will also provide IKEA Canada customers and co-workers with opportunities to learn more about the organization and the injustices that LGBTQI+ individuals face around the world.

LGBTQ+ Travelers Lead the Way in Adopting AI for Trip Planning

Nearly two-thirds of LGBTQ+ travelers may use artificial intelligence to plan and book travel this summer.
According to a recent survey conducted by leading travel publisher Matador Network, nearly two-thirds of LGBTQ+ travelers (62.1%) are open to using AI to plan or assist with their summer travel this year. This significant trend highlights the growing reliance on advanced technology within the LGBTQ+ community for enhancing travel experiences. Grave Concerns Regarding the Inaction on Missing & Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls & 2SLGBTQQIA

Since the release of the National Inquiry Report on Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls and 2SLGBTQQIA+ people, and the related 231 Calls to Justice and Les Femmes Michif Otipemisiwak’s "Métis Perspectives" report, which include 64 Calls to Miskotahâ, little movement has been made to ensure the safety and wellness of Métis women, girls and 2SLGBTQQIA+ folks.
